We leaned in and listened to stories and personal anecdotes from our three accomplished guest speakers. We heard stories about everything from pickleball to medical diagnoses to binocular-wearing, bird-watching mornings. We heard it all. We connected. We learned. We left encouraged, inspired and ready to take on the world (or at least the Lowcountry). The overall message was that we are all Charleston women, and we are all in this together. We need to lift one another up, straighten each other’s crowns and continue to put one foot in front of the other.
